OBE

I can't sleep to night because I am having one of those nights

My sister and I have always agreed that when we have an OBE we would visit each other. We can feel it happening before we go to sleep. Sort-of-like a spirit is in the house and can't hid it's presents. Well I knew I was going to have one of those nights. I decided to sleep in my living room for privacy from my husband and away form my dogs. After I dropped off to sleep, I started to feel tingly, or I could feel my blood rushing through my veins. I started to pull my hands up out of my body and then I started to try and sit up. When I sat up I remembered that my sister and I made a promise that the next time we had an OBE, we would try to visit each other. My Dog started to bark just as I was walking around my living room. I felt a sudden rush back to my body. I saw my dog on the arm of the couch before he started to bark and before I rushed back to my body. I was near the my front door when it happened . I never had this problem before because my older dog is not a barker. My little ( one year old) dog barks.

I guess I'll do some home work
