Bad headaches!

Hi!

I am 23 years old and need some help.
Since 4 months I am not feeling so good.
My head feels like a big watermelon, its heavy and I have bad pressure in my whole head.
The next thing I have is a blurred vision and I am extremly dizzy. It seems like the whole room is spinning and turning.
My neck hurts as well. I am fatigue and sometimes I have a ringing in my ears.
I can go to bed and wake up in the morning the symptoms are still there.
My doctor tried to give me some ibuprofen but it dont helps at all. It takes the pain in my neck away for 1 or 2 hours but the rest dont changes at all.
Almost every week I have a terrible pain in the right side of my head.( it goes all the way from my forehead to the back of my head) The pain is hard to describe but it feels like if somebody would stretch a rubber band in my head and when I turn my head to the sides he lets it go. It is terrible and it hurts extremly for ca. 1 minute, sometimes it starts burning. I have to hold my whole head when that happens.
My right hand is always falling asleep in the last weeks.
I had to go to a CT last week and have to wait for my results now.
One thing worries me the most. My mum had 7 years ago a subarachnoid hemorrhage caused from a ruptured aneurysm . Even my Grandfather has an aneurysm.
I am scared because I dont know what to think about my symptoms.
Could it be that its only a normal migrane?

Oh I almost forgot something.
I had a car accident in february 2004 and ca. 4 months later my symptoms started. But now it got worse.
