Please help me with my headaches

I have suffered from headaches all my life (I am now 40) and cannot cope with them anymore. I have the headaches 24/7 varying in intensity. They are a pressure on the crown of my head which seams to ease when I press it.

I have tried all sorts of remedies including chinese herbal medicine, osteopathy, alternative medicine and injections to the neck area and my GP. At the moment I have been presceived 75mg Amitriptyline per day with Propranolol and 1 paracetamol tablet every 4 hours but to no avail.

Can anyone suggest anything for me.
