I have Depression anxiety will Reiki help???

Hi ive been suffering with Depression for a 5 months now i was wondering if Reiki will help? My Breif understanding is that there are 3 levels , begginer intermediate and master? The first session is a whopping £150 is that right??

The Depression is also making me weak, no energy and lifeless is reiki suitable for me? If so anyone know someone who has been in my situation?

Can someone give a brief discription how it works?
