I HAVE TRIED EATING BETTER AND EXERCISING. BUT I ALWAYS FALL OFF. I GUESS I WILL SATY CONSISTANT WITH EATING BETTER AND EXERCISING AND SEE HOW IT HELPS. I HAVE ALSO TRIED FASTING. I DID IT FOR LIKE 3 DAYS AND IT DID SEEM TO HELP, BUT I CANT JUST NOT EAT. SO THAT WONT HELP. BEACAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM I DO NOT HAVE A JOB, SO MY FINANCES ARE MINIMAL. I DO HAVV HEALTH COVERAGE THOUGH, CAN I GET THESE PRODUCTS ( BOWL CLEANSIND, ETC. ) FROM A DOCTOR, INSTEAD OF ORDERING THEM? THANX AGAIN..... ANYTHING WILL HELP AT THIS POINT!
