What is a trichinella cyst? What are the root causes?

I remember shopping at the priceclub with my mom..... I used to get large store sized containers of tear jerkers.. those super sour gum balls.. I would finsh it in a week....
and I also remember buying those extra large cheese.....and extra large boxes of mini pizzas.... yuck...

It was the biggest rage to buy excessive amounts of garbage....
