diarrhea on mc?

I'm on day 20 of the MC. I've been having problems with "leaky bowels" for the past two weeks. I keep hearing crazy rumblings at the top of my stomach and I've been basically "urinating" through my butt all day.This didn't happen on my last MC. Last night I took some cold medicine before going to bed and woke up to discover that water had came out of my butt in the bed. This has never happened to me before and its really got me scared. I've also been having some dribbling urine problems lately. I was thinking about doing a liver cleanse. Any ideas about what might be going on?
