New to Fasting- please help

Hi, I've done the parasite cleanse with a tincture about a month ago, and want to do the lemon aid/salt water fast, but have never done it before, and want to make sure that I do it safely. What and how much goes into each? How much should I consume daily? Is there anything else I should ingest as well? Thank you, Breindel
