Liquid water intake
Your lemonades can be 8 to 10
oz of water each.
Depending on if you are trying to lose weight that would be:
48 to 60
oz (if trying to lose weight) = 6 lemonades
96 to 120
oz (if not) = 12 lemonades
(Maybe some of the skinny-start MCers can give their experiences if they felt they had to drink all 12 every day.)
1/2 your weight (pounds) in
ounces of clean water = 85 oz
Make up a pitcher every morning and make sure it is empty by bedtime.
B&Ps 8 to 10 oz each 3 a day = 24 to 30 oz.
The 12 to 16 oz of water you chase each one with can be taken from your drinking water pitcher described above.
Are you really doing 2 salt water flushes a day? I tried that one day (12 hours apart). I got a very chapped and dry anus. You might want to drink it once a day or every other day. Besides, if you are on the B&Ps, you will fill your intestines with the psyllium and just poo normally (hopefully at least one good-sized one a day). Once that starts, the salt-water flushes really aren't necessary. You will be eliminating daily and that is the purpose of the salt water flushes.
Anyway, the salt water flushes mostly go through your colon and are over quickly so you aren't really peeing them out.
So let's see:
Lemonades = 48 to 120 oz (depending on how much water you put in each glass and if you need to lose weight)
Drinking water pitcher = 85 oz
B&Ps = 24 to 30 oz
(And you could layoff the salt-water flushes while on the B&Ps)
Totals
You could get away with drinking only 157 oz,
but if you ever feel hungry -- drink another lemonade.
If you feel bored or tempted to eat, drink some water.
The extra fluids will only help your cells dump the nasty toxins out faster.
Good luck
