I did my first fast in June, drinking only water. I did the whole week-end and I found it very easy. I lost 4 lbs. but I felt much better too after the fast. I'd do it again.
I just tried my first couple glasses of lemonade on the master cleanse, and I find I don't like it. It doesn't feel right to me..too much Sugar from the maple syrup I think. I have been on raw foods for 2 months, and I think I'll just continue with that. I like lemon in my water and I'll keep doing that. I can add cayenne pepper to my drinks or smoothies.
When I get my juicer I'm going to add green juices to my daily food intake and maybe later do a one or 2 day juice fast.
