Oh my, just read through the whole 2 threads. Considering it took me about a month to mentally prepare to the Liver Flush (8 so far) and another 2 months to mentally prepare to try an enema (I'm ok doing them now), that just sounds like a challenge of a mental preparation for me.
I think I'll have to ponder that one for a while.
