Embarrasing eye problem

I have had problems with my dry eyes for many years and have been taking eye baths for a long time because of that. The doctors said I was on the verge of sjögrens syndrome when I was there a couple of years ago. One day I was at a friends house and was going to use her eye bath but was REALLY tired and accidentaly took the wrong one with hydrogen peroxide in it, and it hurt to get that in the eye, but I washed with cold water for a long time. After that my eye is still hurting even now one week after. Is there something I could do to heal the eye, vitamins minerals, anything at all?
