chalasion? please help me!

Hi, My name is Diani, i am 29 years old. i live in perú in south america. Here there isn´t goog advices to cure the chalasion, and i think in my country, the doctors don´t know the cure for it. I´ve had 5 of them in the last 5 years. and i am very worried about it. 3 years ago i have one in one eye and the doctor extracted it. but then one more appeared in my other eye, and months later two chalasions appeared in the other eye. Now i have one of them again and i don´t know what to do?
What are the causes of it?, It has a cure? Is it recommended a "cirugía"?

Please help me! sorry if i don´t write english well.
my english is not accurate. I tried to do the best. I am desesperate because this disease affected me a lot in the last years of my live. I looked for it in the web but i didn´t find anything interesting that could solve my problem and satisfied me.
