Gonna poke my eye out!

I`m gonna freak if I can`t find a solution for my eye
problem. My right eye has been twitching and filling up with fluid for over a year now. Twenty four hours a day. It
is now to the point where I can`t do anything. My eye is constantly throbbing and causing my bottom eyelid to twitch out of control and if I push on my eye a bunch of fluid comes
out of my nose.

I tried eye washes with no luck. The only time I have no symptoms is when I`m on Paragone. Then I`m symptom free, but
it goes crazy a day or two after each cleanse and won`t stop.

I know its pointless to see a doctor, so am I doomed to live with this forever?
