yes I did the 1Tbs olive oil plus 1/2 organic lemon plus 1 cup of water blender mix flush, in fact did it for three weeks before my first flush, because I had decided to take Gold Coin Grass for three weeks to break down stones, and had all this time at my hands.... Really liked the daily mini cleanse, so continued doing it between 1st and second flush also. No extra amounts of bathroom trips.
