How does one go about finding which diet is best for them? I did Atkins for a while lost a lot of weight, then added grains, sugar, etc. Then of course, I gained all of it back over the last year plus.
I am now about to do The Master Cleanse because I feel that I am pretty toxic. However I am worried about my metabolism slowing down during the fast. As if it could slow done anymore!
