then request a debate forum! most of the people who come here are not looking to debate but to try to find support in their efforts ! If you 'll look back at the junk posts in this forum you will not find sensible responses or debate but low brow hit and miss personal attacks ! Every t,d and h, has an off the wall opinion about atkins without ever pickng up a book !
This has also kept this forum from ever becoming a real support forum bias moderation allows bating and non supportive posting to go one for quite some time before anyone steps in and stops it! But post a non supportive post in the vegan forum and you are out of thier immediately! Tweet
