Also, be sure to watch what you pour on the cereals. Milk is loaded with carbs, and the closer to skim you get the worse it is.

I forget what Atkins recommends, but I know that Carb Countdown by Hood is endorsed by Atkins.

I too am going to add cereals to my dieat again, and the Atkins Cereal and the Hi-Lo brand are both on my short list.
