Hi all... well, I'm going on the Adkins Diet again. I really believe in it. This is my 2nd day. I went on it several years ago and I lost weight but then I started craving carbs really bad so I went off of it. I'm a real Carb-a-holic. I now realize that if I'm going to succeed on this diet I have to somehow overcome my addiction to Carbs. So, I'm trying to get myself prepared for any Carb temptation. I think its mainly the Sugar that I crave, so this time, I will be prepared with some low carb sweets and eat them sparingly. Good luck to all and wish me luck. Tara
