HELP: Insect flew into my ear (and stayed)

About 36 hrs ago some little bug (a small fly?) flew directly into my left ear. For 30 seconds or so, I could hear & feel it buzzing around inside, and then, stillness. Very bizarre.
Now, my left ear feels discomfort--stuffy with some pressure. (And my nose is a little stuffy.) There's a veryslight tender feeling in the area of my left sinus under my eye. I'd like to use an appropriate homeopathic remedy if I can get some advice. Thanks.
