Breastfeeding 4 mo old while detoxing???

I am having a toxic reaction to my moldy home and have fled with my children. I cannot tolerate any chemical smells whatsoever. A Dr has put me on a few supplements, Utra Clear, acicophillis, Zymex II, and soon to follow will be Nystatin and Dicuflan. Are these really ok while nursing? He said it was ok, but I can't do the sauna he recommends will the toxins come out in my milk?
