most likely. or they are confused why you just vanish because they are not aware of how you feel or why you are reacting to them that way all of a sudden..
im learning to tell people where my boundries are, and when i need to take space. we all do. if they accept it then they are my friends. if not then time to find healthier friendships.
most importantly tho: find out what upsets you and makes you react this way.
