Being taken for granted! What do you do?

What do you do when you know your being taken for granted, the person you love of 4 years tells you this, tells you she knows she would have to learn the hard way to knows what she has. Thats bullshit, but I'm in that situation. Do i leave the love of my life, she tells me to be patient because its a phaze, and she tells me she loves me, but not in love at the moment. "It's a phaze" and she is confused and scared because we looked at rings and she has cold feet. She doesn't want me to leave, and she doesn't want to date others. She wants to get through it and fix it, because she loves and knows there isn't anyone better. but she knows I will always be around. this as just put a hole in my heart, and now im angry at myself for letting go of my heart.
