leukemia- graft vs.host help- please!!

hello everyone- before stating why i am here today, i would just like to say good luck to all of you in not only your future health but also your lives. i've been looking at using alternative natural cleanses to help my severe acne, rather than accutane or Antibiotics .then i came across this forum. my dad was diagnosed with leukemia almost a year ago now, and he has had a very successful time with a bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor. now i just got word that he is starting to experience some graft vs. host disease outbreaks, he is T + 120+ days. does anyone have any suggestions?
