Thanks,Tiratu. I'm just a beginner here and haven't done any flushes. I've committed myself to doing an apple fast beginning tomorrow. I'm encouraged by you success. I am a little fearful of what I'll face. Fasting and flushing are not words that have been in my vocabulary. I have dairy allergies, also. And would love to get rid of them. Mine manifest like a hay fever allergy. Watery eyes, runny nose, other nasties. Lately, it's settled into my chest like brochitis.This fast is a big thing for me and I thank you for your encouraging words.
