I have been using it for 6 months now to try and break up a 2.8 cm stone. Hope to have another ultrasound soon to see how well its done. I believe it works. I can tell I have allready passed a few small pieces of the big stone by the pain, and I could feel it move along the duct. So I think the gold coin is working. Soon I will know how well.
