You have just got to try a coffee enema. It is the best thing since sliced bread ! I have done several of them. I like it. I did the first one on Lapis' recommendation when I was all toxic from smelling paint fumes. I had a headache, felt like I was catching the flu, just was totally miserable. I did the coffee enema and all the problems left immediately.

See you at the flushing party tonight. I would do mine at what ever time you all are planning to do it. I do not see a post about any times......are you all going to try and do it at the same time or not?

I have not eaten my oatmeal or baked potatoe yet. I am kind of waitiing for a post about the time. If no one posts soon I will eat.
