What about people who spend 24 hours in toilet just from one tbs of epson salt.
I took less than a tbs of epson salt one as an experiment and spend almost an entire day running to the toilet. I thought it would never stop. I felt dehydration settting in. If I had take 4 tbs I would probably be in the hospital connected to an IV for rehydration.
One must be very careful with such stuff.
