Please go to your local health store and get a tincture of Milk Thistle and Dandelion combined. They work symbiotically together to repair and revitalize the liver. Like the others said, it is well documented.

Be diligent about taking the drops every day until you've finished the bottle. Then rest for a month. Then take the drops again.

Keep flushing.

I have heard that many people have had great results improving their liver by following the diet and herbs in Sandra Cabot's book about Liver Diet and Health. Do a search and check it out.
