Glad you did it

Hello Wellnessyoga,

My flush went very well, better than expected. I knew I needed to flush because last week when I was resting, I felt my liver move three times. It moved like a flopping fish!

After drinking the magic potion last night, my liver would ache once in a while. I sleep as long as I could on my right side.

I woke up with lots of energy. I did my exercise routine which I am convinced helps to get everything moving. The ab crunches also crunches the liver.

The last flushes produced chaft and small stones of different colors.
I really thought I was finished after 9 flushes. It was a great surprise to me that I flushed out large stones. The measure an inch and a little over an inch long and about an inch wide. WOW.

There were many. No wonder my liver was flopping like a fish trying to unclog! How can all those stones fit in that little liver?

I am glad that you did your flush. I was nervous too the first time around. I can't wait until you flush several more times. Just when you think you liver is spotless...
