Lube the Tube

When I did my first Liver/GB flush, same happened to me. I was painfully raw by BM#9 (out of 18 of the next morning).

At this point I would recommend Polysporin, an anti-bacterial goop. Dab instead of wiping.

For next flush, use a small amount of Vaseline/petroleum jelly to "lubricate" and "coat" the exit and slightly on the inside.
