stones blocked by constipation

i did a liver cleanse that was simular to dr schultz. it seem like i was feeling good. i then realized that i had stones on my right side and all along under my breast bone. i started swelling up under my breast bone.

i started taking the lower formula by dr john christopher. i still was constipated. i finally stated taking the formula by renew life called clean more. i finally started moving my bm. i was pretty crampy. i pass what look like corn. i have not had corn for 3 weeks. it seems every time i have an bm i am seeing stones an d other weird things. it is hard to tell for sure. since i am not using an enema. i think i had loosen up a lot of stones but my colon hole is too small. i also have been using an slant board and that seems to be helping. i think my colon has an kink in it.


suggestion. make sure your colon is moving good.

i will not be doing any liver cleanse for a long time. probably 6 months. i will be working on my colon.


i know this should probably be inthe bowel cleanse. but the liver people need to know.
