I have a cayenne story. A while back I used cayenne -- about 1/4t in a bit of water, down the hatch. One evening I did this same thing, within a very short time I found myself on the toilet holding the garbage can in front of my face, eliminating from both ends and sweating like mad -- heart racing. I realized I had brought home some 90,000HU cayenne instead of the 10,000HU I had been taking. It gave me a very healthy respect for cayenne and the difference in effect of "heat units!"
