Thanks for the info Tracey. Believe me, I have been reading up on the shakes. Guess I will just keep on reading. About them working... yes, I was worried about being stuck in the bathroom all afternoon at work like I have been the last 2 days. I am on day 7 and for some reason the tea decided to kick in all of a sudden right after our lunch hour. I really want to get the mucoid plaque out. I am just not feeling as good as I wanted. Thanks for the info, I will keep reading..
