BP Shakes are working!

The BP Shakes are working! I only started them on 4 days ago! And today I "was" been feeling constipated...but I finally went and something strange did come out. It was all stringy and like twigs and other stuff I can't explain. So far they are medium greyish brown in color. I was only about a foot long. I am so happy the plaque is beginning to get cleaned out. That means my health will improve as time goes on!!
