I tried earlier to use just the maple syrup and then crashed for 5 hours. I think too much Sugar for me. So I tried two tsp of Blackstrap Molasses and then a tbsp and one tsp of maple syrup. After that I had 16 oz of water and now my lax tea and I can still taste the Blackstrap molasses in the back of my throat and in my stomache. I don't eat sweets much anyway and I think the sweetness is causing this. Way too sweet for me, but I don't want to crash because of the Sugar level from the maple syrup, the blackstrap is actually keeping me elevated.
Any suggestions?
