Can you believe it? It's nuts eh? Is it dark dark? Greyish or greenish tinge at all? The darker it is the older it is. I'm soooo glad you're getting them! Right on.

So...You continue taking the b&p's after the fast for as long as you want to (up to six months for the first time). I've done a total of about 50 days in all. Believe me...you'll know when to stop. When the ropes and bits and pieces get less and less you'll think that now you can stop. But you don't want to stop before that! I mean - it's starting to come out...so let it come!

At the end of my experience with B&P's (I miss them....at the end of the summer I'll go on them again) I was getting fine fine little detailed 'fronds' out with wee balls on the ends of the branches! This is crazy!! So...mine got smaller and smaller and odder and odder.

You'll know when to quit...but don't quit before that! Get it out!
