I have used Turmeric since it an anti-inflammatory. I use a heating pad to loosen the muscles before I exercise my shoulder and ice it afterwards. Seems to have helped but then I must have overexerted and I'm back to square 2 (at least it's not square one). I'm also taking Ginger capsules and using Capsacin ointment. Good luck with your shoulder(s)...it sure is a miserable thing.
