Re: Red underarm and frozen shoulder

People are going to start thinking I work for Garden of Life...
or Jordan Rubin...but I'm tellin' you the truth with my right hand in the air... I don't work for anybody but the Lord and my family! :-)

HOWEVER....I have had a frozen shoulder for 1 1/2 years...sometimes it was so bad, I could barely get dressed
without excruciating pain. It was even hard to comb my hair.
I'm not one to complain or whine. I always try to look at the
brighter side of things. So I was thinking, ok, this hurts...
but there are people with no arms that would LOVE to be
experiencing this pain and at least have arms.

My husband finally talked me into going to the chiropractor,
which did no good. I had resigned myself to thinking...ok,
this is one of my burdens I'll be carrying, so forget it and
move on....then I started taking Primal Defense for a tummy
disorder. And I just told my husband last week that it is
so weird, because so many little things I had wrong, that I
had resigned myself to living with, are now going away....
like, my thyroid problem is much better...hot flashes are
totally gone....and my frozen shoulder just "unfroze" itself.

I just can't say enough good things about Primal Defense.
In his book, Jordan says Primal Defense is for "overall good
health!" I'm beginning to believe it. kathryn
PS. Jordans Rubins books are The Maker's Diet and Patient
Heal Thyself..he has others, but I don't have those.....
