Thanks for some good tips. The hardest for me, is trying to exercise, the pain and the exhaustion I feel from not sleeping nights. I don't know how I can take much more of it. My FS is in the left shoulder, but similar symptoms are also starting in the right. I was concerned that this is from too much calcium deposited in the joint, but my doctor said if that were the case I would have too much calcium showing in the blood. It's all too confusing for me.
