frozen shoulder symptoms?

I don't know if I have frozen shoulder. I might have a mild case. Sometimes I would move my shoulder in a certain position and it would get "stuck". All I have to do is lightly force it back and it would crack. It is not really painful like everyone elses condidtion, but it does get stuck once in while. Does this seem like a mild case of frozen shoulder that can get worse?
