well that's really going to depend a whole lot on you. I started to see benefits within the first week, but I was also making several specific tests to look for it. As far as the two liters goes, I can't really comment unless you also tell me how much you weigh. What is your diet like in general? What sort of symptoms are you working on? Do you have any litmus paper and have you measured your pH levels for saliva and urine? There was only one benefit that I was able to notice right away, and that was no more shin splints. Everything else took about a week before it began to be evident, but there were a couple that did kick in pretty much at the one week mark. The rest faded in over time.
