Re: olive leaf and probiotics

I had these concerns as well. So on May 27 I emailed Garden of Life (makers of Primal Defense) as follows:

EXCERPT:
On one of the answers to your FAQ it states:

Primal Defense™ should be taken by itself. The olive
leaf extract and caprylic acid taken
at a different time
should not compromise the growth of the HSO™ s.

Question:

What is meant by:
"a different time"

A different time of the day? Or a later date?

Is PD best taken in morning on empty stomach? Can olive
leaf extract be taken later on THAT SAME DAY together
with food? How much time must elapse between taking the
PD & olive leaf extract?
END-EXCERPT

Frankly, I forget what their answer was (or if they responded). Such is my brain-fog...

But I decided to hold off on the Primal Defense for awhile, and meanwhile, I start the day by taking approx. 12 oz. warm water, followed by a Solgar olive leaf capsule emptied into a 10.oz mug of water & mixed thoroughly. Following that, I've been bouncing on a rebounder until my legs tire (which is within about two-three minutes).
