I would laugh if it was'nt such a sad joke, typical of how everything in western society is a commodity to be marketed aggressively for the purpose of consumption by those who can pay the price. I have read about how yoga has been "adapted" to have a greater appeal to the American public. Well, this upsets me, because I have had to do an extensive amount of research to find my way past yogarobics. Everything just gets leveled to the lowest common denominator, and unfortunately even some of the most elevated of yogis have been responsible for starting this trend. Tweet
