can yoga help me with my sinus infection?

I had a tooth that got infected and it got into my sinuses, I go the tooth pulled and it's got a lil better, but the infection was really bad. I need to learn some form of yoga for body healing and to help my sinusitis and mental condition, I've been eating healthy and using urine therapy for 4 weeks already.
