Can't remember now where I read it, but my understanding is that it's actually ILLEGAL to label GE or Genetically-Modified-Organisms foods in the United States. (Weirdly, even in the dictatorship of China GE foods are labeled!!!) I guess it just shows that the pharmaceutical companies that own the GE/GMO companies -- (I believe Pfizer owns Monsanto) -- have the U.S. "powers that be" totally "under control."

By the way, if you do or can live in the country and get a pet pig, they have incredible sense of smell and though they are known for, well, "pigging out" when it comes to foods, they won't TOUCH genetically engineered food. Whatever they are smelling must be really creepy!! So now I want a pet pig so s/he can sniff food out and when s/he eats it you know it's okay, and when s/he won't eat it you know it's Frankenfood. Could just buy a small amount until you find out.

It's all very creepy indeed, this blatant way we are all being poisoned and very much against our will. Tweet
