You are so on top of what has been going on in my mind. I just added blueberry nectar to my almost daily regimine of apple cider vinegar, cinnamon(also filled with antioxidants). The blueberry nectar and cinnamon take the edge off of the apple cider vinegar and makes a health drink that is powerful 1,2,3 punch for health. I also eat nuts when my body tells me too. I add in a bit of cayenne(from your suggestion) if I feel anything coming on. You have inspired me with your knowledge and once again you backed up what I have been feeling about this yummy fruit.
