I agree that this is a way to mass innoculate and further the depopulation agenda (Eugenics) that Rockerfeller and Kissinger et al have worked to impliment for their controllers. This is also a way to mass impliment the chip. Also of note that much headway has been made in the advent of race and trait specific gene mutation.
