what 2tuff has said makes all the sense in the world to me. why he should get four unfavorable votes on this post, i cannot fathom.

i have no personal knowledge that this is taking place, but i do know of practicing with du in the united states by active troops as well as practicing with tactical nukes in the united states. these GIs are told there is no harm to using it so they are unafraid of it. you should all be very afraid of it in that it causes you skepticism and caution which leads to prevention.
