Itching behind eyes!

Can someone help me with a question, I've found that my left eye is blurring lately, feels like something is behind there sometimes. I have to rub it till the itching goes away. I'm concerned abour my vision (which is 20/20). It tends to bloodshot quite abit & I use Visine alot. I feel it could be parasite....
